A Chicagoan with Puerto Rican roots, Richie Marrero, is an employer sponsored healthcare Strategist at 360 BENEFITS. Richie helps mid-market executives and businesses find ways to save, enhance, simplify, modernize, and maximize employee benefits — so they (employers) get more from their benefits investment, and employees in-turn get more from them. Richie serves clients nationally in all sectors but has a strong focus in professional services and nonprofits. Marrero is a firm supporter of giving back to the community and currently serves as a Board member for Healthcare Alternative Systems (H.A.S),  a member of the Leadership Council for Posse Chicago, and on the Board of trustee for The Metropolitan Club.
